1 General Terms

These terms apply to every member who accesses the jilks platform in any way — web browser, mobile phone, or software.

1.1 Definitions

In these terms, "platform" refers to jilks's website, games, payment system, support services, and all related systems. "Services" refers to all games, payment methods, and customer support available on the platform.

1.2 Law and Location

Members must use the platform in accordance with the laws and regulations of their place of residence. If you believe that playing online games is against the law where you live, do not access or play. jilks takes no responsibility for any legal issues that may arise in such cases.

1.3 Language and Conflicts

If there is a conflict between a Myanmar translation or any translated version of these terms and the original, the original shall prevail.

2 Account Opening and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

jilks services are available to persons aged 21 and over only. If any person is found to be playing while under the age of 21, their account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will not be paid out.

2.2 Accurate Information

When opening an account, you must provide your own accurate and complete information. Accounts opened with an incorrect name, registration details, or bank account name may be suspended and withdrawals withheld.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each member is allowed to open one account only. If it is found that a single person has opened multiple accounts, that family members have merged accounts, or that more than one account has been created, all bonuses will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

2.4 Account Security

Never share your login details (username and password) with any third party. If you become aware that someone else has accessed your account, contact jilks customer support immediately. jilks takes no responsibility for losses resulting from your own failure to keep your account secure.

2.5 Verification Rights

jilks may request a member's national ID card, bank statement, or proof of address at any time. If the required documents are not submitted within the set timeframe, withdrawals may be put on hold.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

You can deposit on jilks using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The name on the deposit account must match the name on the jilks account. If a deposit is made by a third party, the funds may be returned but the bonus may be cancelled.

3.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawals are normally processed within 5–30 minutes of the request being made. Delays may occur due to ongoing KYC checks or technical issues.

3.3 Source of Funds

Every member confirms that the funds they deposit are legally owned by them. If funds are suspected to have been obtained through money laundering, jilks has the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

3.4 Financial Liability

jilks is not liable for losses caused by payment service delays or differences in bank fees. Any bank charges incurred when depositing or withdrawing (if applicable) are the member's own responsibility.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

jilks's welcome bonus gives you 100% of your first deposit amount as a bonus, up to 100,000 Ks. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you get 20,000 Ks as a bonus, giving you a total balance of 40,000 Ks to play with. The bonus amount of 20,000 Ks must meet a 15x wagering requirement, meaning you need to wager 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.2 Bonus Cancellation

In the following situations, bonuses and any winnings from bonuses may be cancelled immediately:

• More than one account is found to be opened by the same person
• Members are found to be working together to obtain bonuses
• Playing one-sided using a strategy that exploits bonus terms ("low-risk hedging")
• It becomes apparent that registration was done with false information

4.3 Promotions

Promotions, VIP rewards, and offers issued by jilks are subject to their own specific terms and conditions. Combining one promotion with another is only permitted if jilks announces in advance that it is allowed.

5 Gaming Terms

5.1 Game Types

The jilks platform includes slots, live casino, football betting, 2D lottery, crash games, and other game types. jilks may change, add, or remove available games at any time.

5.2 Losses and Winnings

Playing involves the risk of losing money. Do not wager more than you can afford. Game results are determined using a Random Number Generator (RNG), and by playing you acknowledge that jilks cannot guarantee winnings.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a network disconnection, server issue, or software error, jilks will review log data to determine the remaining outcome of that game, and that decision is final.

5.4 Respectful Gaming Environment

While playing, you must treat other members and staff with respect. Inappropriate language, offensive remarks, or threats may result in immediate account suspension.

6 Prohibited Actions

The following actions are prohibited while using the jilks platform:

• Hacking or exploiting the platform's servers or software in any way
• Operating an account through bots, automation software, scripts, or AI instead of manually
• Hedging bets and bonuses simultaneously to eliminate the risk of loss
• Opening an account in another person's name or playing with another person's funds
• Accessing and playing in a manner that violates applicable local laws
• Using tools such as proxies or VPNs to conceal your location and access the platform
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes

7 Privacy & Security

jilks protects members' personal information using SSL encryption. Details on how information is collected, stored, and used can be found in the Privacy Policy.

Each member acknowledges and agrees that the Privacy Policy forms part of these terms and conditions.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Self-Closure

If a member wishes to close their own account, they can contact jilks customer support. Any real-money balance remaining (excluding bonus funds) may be withdrawn after verification.

8.2 Closure by jilks

jilks may close an account without prior notice due to violations of these terms, fraud, or technical issues. When an account is closed this way, bonuses will be cancelled, and if the closure is under investigation, funds will only be decided after the investigation is complete.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

9 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, jilks and its employees, agents, and affiliated persons are not liable for the following:

• Gaming losses
• Losses arising from network outages or breaches by third-party service providers
• Losses caused by a third party accessing an account due to the account holder's own negligence
• Losses arising from bonus cancellation (by accepting these terms, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed that bonus cancellation is a decision that may be made)
• Service interruptions caused by Force Majeure events (natural disasters, war, civil unrest, cyber attacks)

10 Changes to Terms

jilks may update these terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised, and the changes will take effect immediately from the date shown. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you accept those changes.

These changes are not intended to affect your rights as a customer — they are made to improve jilks's services. If you disagree with any change, you may close your account and withdraw your funds.
